With due reverence and humble submission, we, the students of your college, would like to let you know that ours is a renowned college in Bangladesh, having modern amenities, but we are lagging because of having no multimedia facilities in the classrooms. Classrooms with multimedia facilities can make teaching and learning more effective and enjoyable for both students and teachers. Teachers can conduct classes using a PowerPoint presentation. They can also present classes by taking help from other potential sources like ‘Shikkhok Batayan’.
Moreover, if there is a computerized projector in the classrooms, we can learn things more joyously by seeing the slide shows. Besides, a computer and an Internet connection enable students to get the latest information about things and beings in and around them. A multimedia classroom system can save us time and energy. Managing a large class becomes very easy in this system. Students’ participation can best be ensured.
We, therefore, hope that you would be gracious enough to take the necessary steps immediately to provide multimedia facilities in the classrooms.

You know that we can learn better from seeing. But it is not always possible for us to go out. This is why the government has given us a projector and a laptop. But we do not get any multimedia classes because we have no multimedia classroom. We feel the necessity of a multimedia classroom badly. It is because multimedia activities will encourage us to work in groups, express our knowledge in various ways, solve problems, and revise our own work.
Therefore, we hope that you would kindly take necessary steps to set up/arrange a multi-media classroom as early as possible and inspire us to enrich our knowledge and wisdom.
