We, the students of your college, beg to state that the condition of our college library has become poor. Most of the books have been worn out, and many of them are outdated regarding their contents and ideas. Again, there are no adequate copies of books for us to borrow, even when we must borrow. Besides, we have no literary or science magazine in the library, nor do we have any English newspaper in the reading room. To our greater inconvenience, most of the chairs and tables have become out of use, and the entire environment has become inconducive to study. So, it is our ardent request that you would be sympathetic to our appeal and equip the library with all the necessary things to facilitate our study and learning.
